Driven by Heirs Academy, the Corporate University of Heirs Holdings, the programme combines a four-week Group Foundation Bootcamp with a five-month in-company deployment, giving the HH Graduate Trainees a strong foundation in business fundamentals alongside hands-on experience across the Group’s portfolio companies. Upon successful completion of the programme, high-performing trainees are placed within the Heirs Holdings Group, providing an opportunity to begin their careers within a leading pan-African investment group.
